P2B FirmBuilders works with firm leadership, department heads, and practice group leaders to develop and revise strategic and tactical plans.

Plans chart the strategies and actions the firm will take in all areas of the organization and include budgets, forecasts, and proposed actions. Strategic planning is an iterative process usually involving firm leadership. The plans guide everyone in the firm.

Strategic planning involves gathering internal and external information on firm performance, expenses, market, and competition. Once the firm has taken this first step, it has the information it needs to identify the current state of the firm — strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. P2B FirmBuilders gathers and presents this information and then assists the firm with developing ways to take advantage of its opportunities and resolve any issues that might be holding it back.

Knowing its strengths and how they are viewed in the market will help leadership to create the elements of the plan and articulate:
